Shipping information
The majority of our items are in stock and will be prepared for dispatch once the contract has been concluded (after payment has been received in the case of advance payment). Items which are not in stock are marked as such.
We ship our items fully insured via DHL parcel shipping to the countries listed below.
Some articles are provided as downloads. These download items are marked as such. All download items are delivered free of shipping costs by e-mail and within 24 hours after the contract has been concluded (in case of prepayment after the payment date).
If you wish, we can speed up the internal processing of your order and ensure that it is transferred to DHL or the shipping company on time with no delay. In order to do so, please select the PRIO shipping surcharge of € 5.00 when completing your purchase.
Additional informations:
In the case that you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
For larger order quantities, we reserve the right to resort to shipping by a carrier. Should this be the case, of course, you will be informed accordingly.
For shipments outside the EU (in particular Switzerland and Great Britain), there may be customs clearance fees. The customs clearance costs are borne by us. Our customers therefore only pay the customs duties and taxes.
