The power bungee rope comes in 3 strengths (light, medium and heavy) and can be used in many sports types. The power bungee rope is used as a replacement part for our “Power-Bungee-Belt 11” product. It can also be varied with your shoulder, stomach and hip straps. Only the power bungee rope and 2 robust carabiners are included in the scope of delivery. Shoulder, stomach and hip straps can be separated. You can thus compile your own power bungee belt model. The appropriate operation exercises are found in our dvd's and training card files. Other power bungee belts can also be purchased in our store. Even trainers from professional sports work with our training aids!
