You get a high quality hurdles set consisting of 20 Jumbo perforated cones and 10 hurdle rods (1 m length). The cones (each 10x red and 10x yellow), are made of flexible synthetic and are therefore very durable. The cones are provided with round holes and can thus be combined with the 10 hurdle rods in yellow (length 1 m), fastly becoming a mini-hurdles system. Teams from the professional sport already train with our training support . The matching exercises can also be bought in our shop.
